The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and are valid and effective only in South Africa for in stock items only. If an item is out of stock we will gladly quote you before proceeding.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be 100% accurate.
INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Price and availability information contained on this site is subject to change without notice. Coffee Machine Warehouse shall not be bound by any errors or omissions in posting product information or prices with respect to any products or services offered on the Site.
NO LIABILITY
Subject to applicable Law, including with respect to liability for personal injury or non-waivable statutory rights under South African law, in no event shall Coffee Machine Warehouse, Directors, Employees, Shareholders, (A) Be liable to the user with respect to use of the sites, The content or the materials contained in or accessed through the sites (including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by a user on any information obtained from Coffee Machine Warehouse), or any damages that result from mistakes, omissions, interruption, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failures, theft, destruction, fraud, or unauthorized access to Coffee Machine Warehouse’s records, programs or service; and (B) Be liable to the user for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, loss, theft or corruption of user information, or The inability to use the sites or any of their features. The user’s sole remedy is to cease use of the sites.
Accepting your delivery
On delivery we will require that you or your authorised representative sign for the goods along with their or your name. This is to confirm that the goods have been received. If no one is at the delivery address to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. You will be charged additional delivery fee if we cannot deliver the goods to you due to access problems or if you are not available when we deliver the goods on the second attempt using the time you give us.
Please note that deliveries to outlying / rural areas and farms incur a higher delivery fee by the courier. We will contact you in such cases regarding the additional fee if applicable. Goods are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 working days after payment is confirmed.
RETURNS & REPAIRS POLICY
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may exchange most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery for a different item or a gift voucher. Please see below for further information on how to return an item. Custom and/or personalised orders are however not returnable.
Before returning any item, you will need to communicate through e-mail at info@coffeemachinewarehouse.co.za to give you instructions and a return code.
To return a non-defective product, the cost is charged to the customer in addition the cost of us sending you a replacement item where applicable. Please note that sale items that are not a manufacturing defect are not returnable.
Orders cancelled after shipping will incur the cost of the courier fee as well as the uplift cost to return the goods to our warehouse.
Availability of stock
The provision of goods by Coffee Machine Warehouse is subject to availability of stock. In cases of unavailability, Coffee Machine Warehouse will refund the client in full within 7 working days.
Incorrectly delivered items
We will always endeavour to deliver the correct goods that you have ordered. Errors can however occur and if we have sent an incorrect item, we will uplift and return at our cost.
Goods arriving damaged
In the event that your goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by logging a return on our website as soon as possible but no longer than 3 working days from receiving the item. Please keep all the original packaging and protective wrapping intact when we arrange for a courier to collect the damaged product. The returned item must be properly and securely packed for the return journey.
Guarantees and Warrantees
Our machines are sold with a 12-months warranty against manufacturing defects. Coffee Machine Warehouse reserves the right to decide on defective workmanship.
Customer Privacy policy
Coffee Machine Warehouse shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Payment options accepted
Payment can be made using Payfast on our secured platform or by bank transfer into the Coffee Machine Warehouse bank account. Please email us on info@coffeemachinewarehouse.co.za for these details.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Coffee Machine Warehouse via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are an approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Instant EFT by PayFast is a fast, convenient, secure and easy way to do an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to pay online. As the name suggests, any payments made via Instant EFT are instant, with immediate verification and notification of payments.
